Melissa J. Godfrey, CPA

Melissa joined Arnold, Walker, Arnold & Co., P.C. in 1996 and provides income tax and auditing services. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration in 1989 from Stephen F. Austin University and gained more than four years of experience in tax services and auditing and more than a year of experience as a finance director prior to becoming part of AWA.

Melissa is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and she also volunteers her time as the treasurer of the Mount Pleasant FFA Booster Club, an organization that she was instrumental in forming.

Melissa lives in Mount Pleasant with her husband, Laine, and their two children. She loves four-wheelers and camping.
